move_file
move_file(src, dst, [on_exists="error"])
Input: src, dst, on_exists · Output: no output
What it is
Moves src to dst, falling back to copy-then-remove-the-original when a plain rename fails (e.g. across drives) — the on_exists collision check happens first either way, so the fallback can never overwrite something the fast path would have refused. Same on_exists values and return convention as rename_file.
